Job Responsibilities

1. Screen resumes and job application forms.

2. Sourcing potential candidates from Naukri portal.

3. Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates.

4. Obtaining feedback of the interviewed candidates from the clients.

5. Communicating/Following up with candidates at all stages of recruitment cycle (Post interview & Post offer)

6. Maintaining the entire candidate database.
