Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment process for roles such as customer support, sales, field staff, operations, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates using various methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule final rounds with hiring managers.
Manage and conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and mass interviews.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily dashboards for internal tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and colleges for large-scale hiring events.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance during the recruitment process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–5 years) in bulk/volume hiring.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible to work extended hours or weekends during hiring drives.
