Salary Structure & Terms

Joining Incentives

Target 1 (20 Joinings): ₹10,000

Target 2 (25 Joinings): ₹12,000

Below Target: If you achieve fewer than 20 joinings, you will be paid ₹500 per joining.

Mandatory Requirements

Work Commitment: The candidate must complete a minimum of 7 working days.

Attendance Policy: The final payout is strictly dependent on both the total number of joinings and regular attendance.
