HR Recruiter

Source, screen, and place candidates for client roles via headhunting, database mining, and networking. Work remotely/flexibly (10-20 hours/week minimum) using our proprietary tools, leads, and Gurgaon/Delhi NCR client pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach passive candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, databases (target 50+ outreaches/day).

• Conduct initial screenings, skill assessments, and salary benchmarking for roles like Sales Executive, Club Manager, Fitness Trainer.

• Collaborate on client interviews, offer negotiations, and 90-day retention follow-ups.

• Maintain candidate pipelines in our CRM; update weekly placement trackers.

• Generate 2-4 placements/month to hit ₹2-5L+ monthly revenue share.​

Requirements

• Gurgaon/Delhi NCR network; own laptop/internet.

• Excellent English/Hindi communication; negotiation skills.
