We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR - Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to Time and Attendance. The HR Executive will also oversee the Operations which include time and attendance, payroll, employee engagement and employee grievance handling. Training and guidance will be provided to fresher's
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment process, onboarding, training, development, and separation of employees.
2. Time and Attendance: Oversee the administration of time and attendance policies, ensure accurate recording of employee work hours, and manage leave requests.
3. Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, manage payroll-related queries, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Employee Grievance Handling: Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 0-4 years of experience in HR Executive, preferably in a similar industry and especially NON -IT.
2. Education: Any Graduate is required
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good English drafting skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and software.
