Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience while ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and maintain HR databases.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Coordinate training and learning & development programs.
Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews and clearance processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
