Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Monitor attendance, HR documentation, and compliance.

• Support performance management, appraisals, and training.

• Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

• Experience in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality industry preferred.

• Strong communication, recruitment, and people management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
