HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from job portals and a strong background in recruitment for the Call Center and BPO industry. This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and other recruitment platforms.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability for Call Center and BPO roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with candidate profiles.

• Manage job postings, update job descriptions, and promote openings through various channels.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data in the HR database.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically in the Call Center or BPO industry.

• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Environment

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
