Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team that drives our company’s growth in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions within the real estate division, including sales, marketing, operations, property management, and administration roles.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.

  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the real estate sector.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment programs.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
