Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions within the banking organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking and corporate roles.
Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals.
Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.
2. Employee Relations
Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Ensure employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and development plans.
Support managers in performance improvement processes.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and banking regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize development programs.
Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
6. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
7. HR Strategy & Reporting
Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
