🎯 Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Joining)
Job posting on portals like WorkIndia, Naukri, etc.
Screening resumes & conducting telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews with management
Coordinating with candidates and maintaining database
Follow-up with shortlisted candidates
Handling basic HR activities

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati)
