We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing requirements.

Sourcing Candidates:

Use job portals, social media, and references to find candidates
Post job openings on platforms

Screening & Interviewing:

Shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordination:

Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates

Hiring Process:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Handle offer letter and joining formalities

Database Management:

Maintain candidate records and reports
