Job Summary:
Urgent requirement for an HR Recruiter with overseas manpower recruitment experience (blue collar & white collar) to handle end-to-end hiring for Gulf/overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for overseas requirements (blue & white collar).

• Develop and maintain strong contacts with recruitment agents and sub-agents.

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates as per client job orders.

• Follow up for interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in overseas manpower recruitment.

• Strong agent network, agent sourcing & coordination skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: Attractive salary for the right candidate.
