Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA–HR preferred
🔍 Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across multiple roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiation, and follow-ups till joining
Ensure target-based hiring within defined timelines
Maintain a positive candidate experience and support employer branding
✅ Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring / field hiring (as applicable)
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
🎯 Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment
Exposure to multiple industries (Sales, IT, Non-IT, Blue-collar, etc.)
Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
