We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for nanny hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable nanny candidates based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source nanny candidates through job portals, references, and direct hiring.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience and client needs.
· Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
· Verify candidate documents and background details.
· Explain job roles, salary, and work responsibilities clearly.
· Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
· Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
· Follow up with candidates regarding joining and onboarding.
· Ensure smooth hiring process and client satisfaction.
· Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.
Requirements:
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to handle recruitment independently.
· Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
· Knowledge in nanny, babysitter, or domestic staffing recruitment is an added advantage.
