Key Responsibilities:

2. •Client Relationship Management•: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
3. •Candidate Evaluation•: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for the role, and present the best candidates to clients.
4. •Interview Coordination•: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and provide feedback to both parties.
5. •Recruitment Metrics•: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
