Designation:- HR Recruiter (70%) + Generalist (30%)JD:-Create/update JDs and source candidates through job portals & LinkedIn.Screen resumes and conduct phone/video/in-person interviews.Share tests, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.Post job openings, send offer letters, and handle queries.Track hiring metrics and support onboarding.Participate in job fairs and maintain a healthy work culture.Must be proficient with Naukri & LinkedIn.
