We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in BFSI hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for banking, insurance, NBFC, and financial services roles across multiple levels.
*Key Responsibilities*
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Manage hiring for profiles such as:
Relationship Manager
Sales Officer
CASA Sales
Branch Manager
Insurance Advisor
Corporate Salary RM
Team Leader / Sales Manager
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
*Required Skills*
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of BFSI recruitment and sales hiring.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
*Qualification*
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in bulk hiring for banking and insurance sectors.
Understanding of BFSI sales and operational roles.
