Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters who are eager to begin their career in human resources. As part of our recruitment team, you will help connect top talent with great companies, while developing your own skills in sourcing, screening, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)

·        Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews.

·        Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.

·        Maintain and update candidate databases.

·        Follow up with candidates and hiring managers regularly.

·        Meet daily/weekly targets for job closures.

Skills Required:

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

·        Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong work ethic and team spirit.

Salary & Benefits:

Incentives

Up to ₹10,000/month

Incentives based on performance and successful closures.

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Freshers only (0 years of experience)

·        Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream

·        Willing to work full-time from the office
