Job Description – HR Recruiter

📍 Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

🎓 Qualification: Graduate Mandatory

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year of On-paper Experience in Recruitment

Role & Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end recruitment process

Bulk hiring for BPO requirements

Sourcing candidates through portals, references, and social media

Screening and shortlisting candidates

Conducting telephonic interviews and interview coordination

Managing candidate follow-ups and joining process

Maintaining recruitment database and reports

Coordinating with hiring managers for manpower requirements

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in BPO hiring and bulk hiring

Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies

Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals
