We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidate for various job roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines are required.
Responsibilities:
Post job openings on portals and social platforms
Source candidates through Job Hai, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Schedule and coordinate telephonic/face-to-face interviews
Conduct initial HR screening to check candidate fit
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding
Maintain professionalism and follow company hiring process
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati)
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle
Ability to handle multiple job positions
Fresher/Experienced both can apply
Computer and MS Office knowledge
