An HR Recruiter drives the full-cycle hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent, screen applicants, and secure top candidates. Key duties include sourcing through job boards, negotiating job offers, managing candidate databases, and building the company's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities -

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Design compelling job descriptions, post vacancies on portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and actively hunt for passive talent.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate technical assessments, and arrange interviews with department managers.
Offer Negotiation: Present offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and close candidates efficiently.
On boarding: Facilitate initial paperwork, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company.
