Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes to filter unqualified applicants and conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams, managing calendars, and providing feedback to all parties.
Offer Management: Negotiating salaries, benefits, and employment terms, and extending formal job offers to selected candidates.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Necessary for building rapport with candidates and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
Negotiation: Critical for balancing candidate expectations with company budgets to close offers successfully.
Sourcing Proficiency: Expertise in using Boolean search strings and various recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open roles and a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
