Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and schedule assessments.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in creating job descriptions and defining role requirements.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and universities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support HR team in other administrative and employee-related activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software/ATS is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
