The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines. The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with bulk and lateral hiring, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
Roles & Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and logistics roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets
Follow up with candidates from offer to joining
