We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions and levels
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Coordinate and support the offer negotiation and onboarding process
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain necessary MIS data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proactive and self-motivated approach
Commitements:
6 Days of working culture (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
