Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across business functions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates for fitment.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
