Understanding hiring requirements from managers and departments.
Creating and posting job descriptions on job portals, company websites, and social media.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining candidate records and updating recruitment/ATS systems.
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process and providing status updates.
Conducting reference or background checks when required.
Managing salary discussions and job offers within company guidelines.
Supporting the onboarding process after a candidate accepts an offer.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensuring compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment laws.
Tracking recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Promoting a positive candidate experience and representing the company's employer brand professionally.
