Job Description: IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for IT roles through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn and referrals.

• Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS.

Requirements

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Good understanding of common IT skills and technologies.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
