HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Write and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.

• Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.

• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment metrics.

• Please make sure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
