Job Summary:
The HR Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field-based recruitment activities. The role primarily focuses on bulk hiring for blue-collar positions such as Picker, Packer, Delivery Associate, Warehouse Helper, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field recruitment for bulk and blue-collar hiring
Source candidates from local areas, societies, labor chowks, industrial zones, and references
Explain job details including role, salary, shifts, location, and benefits
Coordinate walk-in interviews and joining processes
Collect and verify candidate documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, photographs, etc.)
Maintain daily recruitment MIS and joining reports
Ensure regular follow-up with candidates to reduce dropouts
Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and operations teams
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
Support replacement hiring and attrition control
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Must be comfortable with field work
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage time and multiple hiring requirements
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
HR or recruitment background preferred
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring
