_Job Description:_- Finding candidates: Sourcing potential candidates through social media, job boards.- Screening applications: Reviewing resumes and application forms to identify the best candidates.- ⁠Interviewing candidates: Conducting interviews by phone- Creating job listings: Writing and updating job descriptions and posting them on the job boards._Responsibilities:_HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you!_Requirements:_- 12th pass & Graduation .- 6-1 years experience In HR.- Communication skills & attention to detail._Work Environment:_- 9:30AM to 6:30PM.- Shift timings: Day.- ⁠Fully Target Based Job*Salary:-*- ₹15000 With 20 Joining’s- ⁠*The Salary Breakup is that :-* Net salary ₹15000/- Divided By 20 Joining = ₹750/- Per Candidate *_BREAKUP OF ₹750/-_*If candidate worked minimum 7 days you will get ₹150/-If candidate worked minimum 17 days you will get ₹450/-If candidate worked minimum 30 days you will get ₹750/-_Kya benefits will be eligible after 3Months?_- Medical insurance.- PF.- Opportunity for growth.
