The company also provides recruitment consultancy services for hiring construction equipment operators and skilled manpower for the construction and infrastructure industry.

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter (Manpower Consultancy) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both White Collar and Grey Collar roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and deploying candidates for multiple client requirements while ensuring timely closures and strong client coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for White Collar and Grey Collar roles.

• Understand client manpower requirements and share suitable profiles within defined timelines.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal database and references.

• Coordinate client interviews, technical rounds, and trade tests where required.

• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and candidate deployment.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate and client databases.

• Coordinate with clients for feedback, new requirements, and manpower replacements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum one year of experience in recruitment or manpower consultancy

• Experience in handling White Collar and Grey Collar hiring.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good understanding of sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• Timings: 09:45 AM to 6:30 PM

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
