Driver Acquisition Executive (Remote)

Hiring for Everest Fleet through Shri Ram Public Network (SRPN)

We are currently hiring Driver Acquisition Executives for our client, Everest Fleet Pvt. Ltd., India's leading fleet management partner operating more than 23,000+ vehicles across major metropolitan cities. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, counselling, onboarding, and activating eligible driver partners while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Candidates can work from any location while recruiting drivers across cities where Everest Fleet operates.

Locations

Hiring across all operational cities of Everest Fleet, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and major Tier 3 cities.

Key Responsibilities

Source eligible driver partners using job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, and digital channels.

Contact prospective drivers and explain Everest Fleet's leasing and fleet programs.

Verify eligibility, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate complete onboarding and driver activation.

Guide candidates throughout the joining journey.

Follow up consistently until successful activation.

Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records.

Coordinate with Operations for vehicle allocation and onboarding status.

Resolve candidate queries and escalations professionally.

Meet weekly onboarding targets while maintaining recruitment quality.

Build long-term relationships with driver partners and referral sources.

Eligibility

Experience: 0–6+ years

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate

Freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Experienced recruiters from logistics, mobility, BPO, telecalling, staffing, or sales are preferred.
