HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular follow-ups with agents regarding candidate sourcing, documentation, and interview schedules.

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with overseas partners for manpower requirements.

• Track, monitor, and update recruitment progress from different agents.

• Ensure timely communication between agents, candidates, and internal HR team.

• Handle end-to-end coordination for overseas recruitment projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple agents and follow up effectively.

• Knowledge of overseas recruitment process will be preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).

• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management preferred).

• 0-3 years of experience in HR recruitment / overseas recruitment coordination.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
