• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create accurate job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks.

  • Conduct initial screening, shortlist candidates, and coordinate technical and HR interviews.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting to offer release and joining formalities.

• Candidate Management

  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Conduct background verification and reference checks for selected candidates.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during every stage of recruitment.

• Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection decisions.

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.

• Employer Branding

  • Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives like campus drives, social media hiring campaigns, and job fairs.

  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.

• Onboarding & Induction

  • Support the onboarding process and assist in new joiner orientation programs.

  • Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the organization.

• Other HR Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee files, HR MIS, and other administrative HR tasks as required.

  • Participate in HR projects such as engagement activities, policy implementation, and training coordination.
