Job Summary

Lordi Systems Staffing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support our clients by delivering timely and quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (HR-related qualification preferred)

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing

• Experience in consultancy or staffing firm preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of ATS and MS Office

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
