Position 1: Business Development Executive – Field Sales
Job Role:
The responsibilities of a Business Development Executive will include:
Student registrations
Selling company packages/services to students and unemployed candidates
Generating business through field sales
Achieving monthly targets
Monthly Target:
Every Business Development Executive must complete:
Minimum 100 Registrations per month
Maximum 250 Registrations per month
Important Salary Condition:
Minimum 100 registrations per month is mandatory
If a candidate completes less than 100 registrations, the salary will be performance-based
Therefore, achieving the minimum target is compulsory for all candidates
Experience Required:
1 to 6 years of experience
Experience required in:
EdTech Sales
E-commerce Sales
Field Sales
Direct Sales
Salary:
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹9.0 LPA
Salary will depend on candidate experience, interview performance, and overall performance
Qualification:
12th Pass + Sales Experience can apply
Otherwise, Graduation is required

21 to 40 years

Position 2: Recruiter / Team Leader / HR Manager (Hiring Partner – PCPM Model)
We are offering an opportunity for Recruiter / Team Leader / HR Manager to work as a Hiring Partner.
Responsibilities:
Hiring Business Development Executives
Building their own hiring team
Managing candidates
Ensuring candidates achieve monthly targets
Managing team performance
Helping the company achieve targets
Experience Required (Recruiter / Team Leader / HR Manager):
Minimum 2 years of Recruitment / Hiring experience
Candidates with Team Lead experience will be preferred
Candidates without Team Lead experience but interested in this role can also apply
Payment Model – PCPM (Per Candidate Per Month)
The company will pay Recruiter / Team Leader / HR Manager on the PCPM Model (Per Candidate Per Month).
Payment Structure:
₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per candidate per month
Payment will be provided for each active working candidate

Monthly Payment
1 Candidate
₹10,000
5 Candidates
₹50,000
10 Candidates
₹1,00,000
20 Candidates
₹2,00,000
The more candidates you hire and manage, the higher your monthly income will be.
Important Condition:
PCPM payment will continue only while the candidate is working in the company
If the candidate leaves the job, PCPM payment for that candidate will stop
