HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting talent to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.

Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist qualified applicants.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Stay updated with market trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations.
