Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).

Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal networks.

Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

Manage offer rollouts and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.

Maintain recruitment reports and documentation
