HR Recruiter (IT/non IT Recruitment)
Role and Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Work on requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, BPO, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Negotiate offers and close positions within timelines
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Understand IT skills, technologies, and project requirements
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
Good understanding of Non-IT job roles
Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Excel
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Basic understanding of ATS and HR processes
