Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Posting: Post job openings on various platforms (boards, social media) and source potential candidates.
Screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage calendars.
Candidate Management: Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicate updates.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work with managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate updates.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the new hire onboarding process.
Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with HR tools.
Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, adaptability, strong organizational skills, teamwork.
