🚀 Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter – Fresher
📍 Indore (MP) / Vapi (Gujarat)
🕒 Shift: 6:15 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
💼 Experience: 0–1 Year | Full-time
We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our Bench Sales Recruitment team. If you’re eager to build your career in US IT Staffing, this is a great opportunity with complete training and guidance.
What You’ll Do:
• Market & place bench consultants (H1B/OPT/CPT/GC/US Citizens)
• Build strong relationships with vendors & clients
• Match consultants with suitable opportunities
• Coordinate interviews & negotiate rates
• Maintain submissions and requirement tracker
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation & networking ability
• Willingness to work night shifts
