HR Recruiter

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads.

• Draft and post job descriptions on portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate interview scheduling with departments.

• Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates and hiring status.

• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

• Track hiring metrics and submit weekly reports.

• Conduct Face to Face Interviews
