Role Highlights:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and telecalling profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and conducting F2F Interviews with the candidates.
- Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring goals.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
