We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support our organization’s mission-driven workforce expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring passionate talent that aligns with the goals of our NGO.
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting & interviews.
2. Design and implement efficient hiring strategies for volume and niche roles.
3. Maintain recruitment databases and update MIS reports regularly.
4. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
5. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
6. Ensure smooth onboarding & documentation processes.
7. Maintain candidate pipelines for future needs.
8. Build strong employer branding and engage potential talent effectively.
