Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in assessment tests, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Selection & Onboarding
Share offer letters and explain terms of employment.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding process.
Database & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Provide regular reports on recruitment status, open positions, and closure timelines.
Employer Branding
Assist in promoting the company’s image as an employer of choice.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in bulk hiring/blue & white collar).
