We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Manage offer letters and assist in the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
