We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Recruitment, Administration, Payroll, and Attendance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
Support day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR roles with knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and admin functions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with attendance and payroll software is a plus.
