HR Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers: Work with department heads to understand their staffing needs and the requirements for each role.

• Develop and post job descriptions: Create compelling job postings and distribute them across various channels like online job boards, professional networks, and social media.

• Source candidates: Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse methods such as professional networking, job fairs, and online platforms.

• Screen and interview candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews (phone, in-person), and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.

• Manage the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and conduct background checks.

• Onboard new hires: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

• Maintain records: Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities, often using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Stay informed: Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws. 

Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field is often preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

• Experience with various sourcing techniques.

• Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail.
